French Onion Beef and Noodles Recipe


  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 pound Beef Stew Meat
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • Salt & Pepper, to taste
  • 1 (10.5-ounce) can French Onion Soup
  • 3 cups Beef Broth
  • 12 ounces Egg Noodles
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 cup French Fried Onions


  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the beef stew meat to the pot and season it with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
