1 cup unsalted butter, softened

1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, beat together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy.
Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, and then stir in the vanilla.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, ground cinnamon, and salt. Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
Gently fold in the oats, dried cranberries, and chopped pecans.
Drop rounded tablespoons of cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden but the centers are still slightly soft.
